Shipping policy

Shipping within the United States:

We're currently offering free shipping to the continental United States.  

When shipping to Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii, there will be a fee of $15 required for shipping.  

 

Shipping to Canada:

Shipping costs do not include additional customs or import duties, which may be incurred based on the final shipping destination in Canada and the customer is responsible for these charges. Fees are calculated based on the value of the order and are collected prior to delivery based on local regulations.

 

How long will it take my order to ship? 

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped that will include your tracking number. If you select our free shipping option, you'll receive your order in 3-7 business days. If you are looking to have a faster ship date, we recommend choosing the following UPS options: Ground, 3-day select, 2-day air, Next Day Air Saver, Next Day Air or Next Day Air Early. Please note, we only process orders weekdays 9am-4pm.

Since all of our products are artisan made in small batches(no mass production here!), some of our items will have a delayed shipping dates. You’ll see this notification on the product page and the item marked as pre-order. We will send you an email with your updated tracking number once we process your order.

 

Returns 

You can return or exchange full-priced products within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you would like a return label, please send an email to info@zemliving.com. For refunds, we will deduct $10.95 from the credit amount. For exchanges, no deduction will be made for the use of our return label. Alternatively, you can send your order back through the carrier of your choice to our warehouse address:
